Hand washing is always our first recommendation, as it best protects the PU leather surface, lace detailing, and metal hardware. If machine washing is more convenient, please place the garment in a laundry bag and select a gentle, delicate cycle to minimize any risk of damage.

Q6: What should I do if the skirt arrives with creases?

There are two simple methods to remove creases:

1. Hang the skirt and use a garment steamer, holding it approximately 20 cm away from the fabric and gently steaming the affected areas.
2. Set a hairdryer to a low heat setting and hold it at least 30 cm from the fabric, directing warm air over the creased areas for 5–10 seconds at a time.
