Q4: There is a slight odour when first opened — will it go away?

Yes, completely. A faint material scent is completely normal for PU leather products, particularly after sealed packaging. Simply remove the garment and hang it in a well-ventilated area for a short period — the odour will naturally dissipate and will not affect wearing comfort.

Q5: Is hand washing or machine washing recommended?

Hand washing is always our first recommendation, as it best protects the PU leather, lace detailing, and metal hardware. If machine washing is more convenient, please place the garment in a laundry bag and select a gentle, delicate cycle to minimize any risk of damage.

Q6: What should I do if the skirt arrives with creases?

There are two simple methods to remove creases:

1. Hang the skirt and use a garment steamer, holding it approximately 20 cm away from the fabric and gently steaming the affected areas.
2. Set a hairdryer to a low heat setting and hold it at least 30 cm from the fabric, directing warm air over the creased areas for 5–10 seconds at a time.

Q7: Is the lace at the bust and hem soft against the skin? Will it cause irritation?

Not at all. We use high-quality, soft three-dimensional embroidered lace with a smooth, refined texture. It is gentle against the skin even with extended wear — no roughness or irritation.
